Quality Bilt Equipment has a wide selection of stationary and self-contained compactors. We refurbish used equipment as well as manufacture new. Compactors save on hauling costs by reducing the number of "pulls" or pick-ups that a waste hauler has to make. This is done by reducing the volume of the trash through the compaction process. Stationary compactors are generally used for dry trash while self-contained compactors have a single floor between the compactor and the container, which does not allow seepage of trash fluids out of the container.
